My family and I worked with Laura to find and purchase a new home for our mom, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her help. After Mom decided she was ready to downsize, we wanted a place that felt safe, low-maintenance, and easy for her to enjoy on her own. Laura took the time to really understand what mattered most to Mom—single-level living, a quiet neighborhood, and a home with good natural light. From the very first conversation, Laura was patient, organized, and genuinely caring. She listened to all of our questions and concerns, showed us properties that actually fit our criteria, and never pushed us toward anything that didn’t feel right. She handled every step of the process—scheduling showings around Mom’s schedule, explaining paperwork in plain language, coordinating inspections, and guiding us through negotiations. Even when things got a little stressful toward closing, Laura stayed calm and kept us informed every step of the way. What meant the most to us was how she treated Mom with kindness and respect. She made sure Mom felt comfortable and excited about the move instead of overwhelmed. Thanks to Laura, we found a beautiful home that Mom absolutely loves, and the whole experience was much smoother than we expected. We would happily recommend Laura to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely helpful real estate agent. She truly went above and beyond for our family.
