I was referred to Laura by a close friend during a time when we were in a real scramble to find a place to live. Laura made time to sit down with us and get to know us as well as finding out what we were looking for in our new home. As first time homebuyers, we genuinely had no idea what to expect with the market and the process of buying a home in general. She had all of the referrals we would need such as a lawyer and a broker too. Laura was so knowledgeable and available to answer all of our questions and concerns. We visited many homes together and even put offers in on on a couple. She always weighed in in such a helpful way while we saw houses regarding our investment, and whether it truly suited our needs. She went above and beyond. She found us a listing that hadn’t even hit the market yet through her real estate firm and said we really need to check this place out. Laura made time for us the very next day to see it and we absolutely fell in love with it. It checked every box on our list. Laura knows us so well that she had already started the paperwork of purchasing the home before we even went to go see it. She put in our offer and by 10 o’clock that same night the offer was accepted. We were absolutely over the moon! She walked us through every stage of homebuying: setting up showings, putting in offers, the process after the offer was accepted, the final walk-through, until all the day until we actually moved in. I didn’t question whether we would find a place, not even once, with Laura’s help. She was so thoughtful and understanding of where we were at in our lives, and which house would genuinely suit us the best. I would recommend Laura to anyone I know buying a house, especially first time home buyers. Working with her was genuinely incredible. We were impressed with Laura’s patience and endurance as she drove us all over Southern Ontario to look for the perfect house with us. We would have been satisfied booking and attending showings ourselves for properties far-afield but Laura not only insisted on accompanying us but she also volunteered to be our chauffeur! When selling our house we very much appreciated her arranging a staging consultant to give us advice.
