This is the fourth time we have worked with Laura Chong on a real estate transaction and she has done an excellent job every time. This last transaction was challenging, not because of Laura, but because we were dealing with a buyer using an unconventional loan. Despite the challenges, Laura kept us informed of what was going on every step of the way. She went above and beyond in following up with the multiple people and agencies involved in the process to ensure we were taken care of and to minimize any delays. I always felt confident and assured that she had our backs and was taking care of what needed to be done so I didn’t have to worry. Laura has been in the business a long time and that experience shows. I would highly recommend her if you’re in need of a RE agent.
