She of course knows so much about the market and the process of submitting offers but her guidance extends to neighborhoods and houses in general which is so helpful! Her extensive experience in construction, remodeling, contractors, layouts, identifying things that may be lacking or in abundance in a house - her insight in these areas is exactly what helped us find just the right home for our downsize knowing she "has a guy" that will help make this the perfect home for us!
