Cheryl Choikhit did a great job for us. We have been trying to find a house for some time now, and she was very patient and helpful during that process. She always made herself available to show us houses, even on short notice. We are very pleased with the service she provided and would highly recommend her to others.
Larry Wayland went out of his way to help my husband and I get my mother's home ready for sale after she moved into a long-term care facility. He was extremely helpful in suggesting to us what needed to be done, even telling us about a group of people who would come in and finish cleaning out the house when we were at the end of our rope trying to get everything out.
When I mentioned that I could not keep an antique secretary desk that had been in my family since the middle 1800s, he offered to put it in an antique shop and split the money with me if it sold. It sold within a few weeks and I'm happy it went to someone who will appreciate it.
