Thank you Lannette for all the information that you give to us each Sunday. The weekly information that you send out each Sunday has been vital in helping me to better understand the Real Estate industry and all that RealtySouth has to offer in the way of training. Again, thank you.

Lanette is wonderful. She answered all my questions and took time to find out what I needed to know. Definitely would recommend.

Lanette has been amazing. 4.5 years ago she stepped up at my request to save the purchase of a new build home for me. She also helped us purchase land and was great with answering questions and helping guide us through that process. She most recently got my home under contract in a day to a cash buyer. The process was pretty smooth overall. She’s always very communicative and helpful! Thank you Lanette!

Lannette was very knowledgeable in guiding me through the selling process. Her affable nature and servants heart made it easy to communicate effectively for a quick sale. Highly recommend!

After deciding it was in the best interest for the health of my 80-year-old mother to move her in with my wife and I, we realized our house would not work for her nor hers for us. That meant we had to buy a third house and sell two others. The word “stressful” does not even come close to the thoughts that ran through my mind. Lannette handled everything like the professional that she is and made the process so smooth and easy. I would never even dream of using another realtor other than Lannette Thomas. A five star rating doesn’t come close to the service she provides.

Lanette did a fantastic job representing our family. She gave us excellent advise and guidance in the overall sale of our home. She understands the market and how to properly price a home. Our home sold on the first day! And it was all because of her understanding of the market. We HIGHLY recommend Lanette!

I honestly can't say enough about Lanette. She's not only a great Realtor but an amazing friend. We have been neighbors for for many years. We share some great memories together. She is honest, trustworthy, will treat you like family. We love her dearly.

Lannette Thomas is the bomb! knowledgeable, practical advice and support. Highly recommend!

Lannette is an amazing person and realtor. She was sincere in her advice, available in her advice, and as kind as any person I've ever worked with. She also followed up often to keep things on track. Thank you Lannette!
