We bought our home with Kyung and we cannot thank her enough for all of her guidance and valuable insights. Throughout the entire process, she went above and beyond to make sure that we found our perfect home. Kyung showed an incredible level of dedication, professionalism, and expertise that truly set them apart. Her attention to detail and proactive approach made a world of difference. We are incredibly grateful for Kyung's hard work and unwavering commitment!

We bought and sold a home with her, both experiences were top notch. She's an amazing agent, she truly has your best interests in mind. She will give you honest feedback on the condition of a home when you are buying, which is very important in New York as many of the homes need an expert eye. She's also very skillful at selling, she stages beautifully and fits your budget. Highly recommended!

Very friendly, knowledgable and hardworking person. A pleasure to work with.

SellerKyung, you exceeded my expectations in every respect and in every step of the process. From our first contact, you were prompt in your response, and knowledgeable about the market generally and specifically in my development. You provided helpful tips for getting my place ready to show, and you did so pleasantly and encouragingly. You and your photographer did a great job in helping us present my unit in the best possible way, while fairly representing the look and feel of the space and light. And, most importantly, you promised me interested buyers and then you delivered them, all within a matter of days. Ultimately, you helped me price my unit just right, as evidenced by multiple bids and a timely closing. All in all, I think you deserve your reputation as a leading realtor in Westchester County.E. SellerMy husband and I selected Kyung over another realtor based on her professionalism, comprehensive knowledge of the local market and her determination to help us sell our house for an appropriate price. She guided us through the entire process, from staging our home and listing it, to preparation for showings and negotiating with potential buyers. We wound up with several offers and Kyung was a powerful and confident negotiator. We would have no hesitation about referring her to anyone in the Hartsdale, NY vicinity who is either selling or buying a home. Shes tops for a reason: she knows her stuff, has superb follow-through, is great with details and is highly organizedDi Morgan

Seller and BuyerI, as a retail real estate investor, am so delighted to write a letter of recommendation on behalf of Mrs. Kyung Scalia. After first property was sold, I decided to hire her for all of my real estate transactions in the future. Why? She is a real talented and tenacious professional agent with a desire to help people, honesty, responsibility, perfection in detail, enthusiasm for real estate, strong energy and drive, winning personality and good local knowledge. She is aggressive yet has polite attitude, flair and good and woks hard from the beginning to the end. She also possesses a good knowledge of technologies. As far as real estate business is concerned, she is my first call.Jaem M. Hyun

BuyerI would strongly recommend Kyung to any one wishing to buy or sell a home. Kyung is the perfect real estate partner one can wish for. She helped us buy our home which we love living in. Kyungs vast experience as a realtor helped us find the right home in the neighborhood of our choice. She was astute in understanding our needs and ability (read budget ). Of all the homes she showed us our current home was the one where she walked in and said This is the home for you . In my experience I felt she did not get us just any home but the home that fit . Kyung was also very helpful with a plethora of suggestions and contacts to inspect the house, understand code violations, advisors for regularizing violations, paint/ fix he house before we moved in. Best of all, she understands that we need to work within a budget and advises us on strategies on this front. Highly recommend her !Sudarshana Bhattacharyya
