Kyle McKnett was an excellent agent to work with, especially while being a first time home buyer. He helped walk my wife and I through the whole process start to finish and was able to simplify any of the more complex issues we faced in a way that made it easy to understand. It was also very apparent that Kyle had a great depth of knowledge in not only home buying but also construction practices and common household problems that we should expect for homes that we toured. He more than once pointed out issues during tours that then appeared in inspection reports so they were not a surprise to us when we received them.
