The team was amazing!

My goodness, I don't know where to start, it was such a great experience. My husband and I are from out of town and were on a road trip when we saw this house listing on Zillow. We inquired about it late on a Sunday afternoon, and Steven H called us back within 30 minutes and offered to meet us the very next morning to show us the house. We drove back to Holland to meet him and he fit us in to show us 2 more houses besides the original one! He is such a nice & knowledgeable guy, and had lots of good points to make about the properties, which we really appreciated. When we decided to make an offer, he jumped right on the paperwork, so that the Sellers would have our offer along with others that were coming in. His recommendations were spot on, he successfully negotiated with Sellers agent regarding our concerns, and we were thrilled to have our revised offer accepted. For me anyway, it was a bit of a stressful week, but Steven was so calm and professional and responsive, that I couldn't be happier than to have him guiding us through this experience. His whole team at Kyle Geenan were great and kept us up to date with the "next steps" all the way through closing, even when to call in the changeover of utilities! Every person they recommended to help us through various stages of insurance, title work, inspections, etc, were just so helpful. I highly recommend Kyle, Steven and all their associates for their expertise, and am so grateful for their help in buying this great home.
