Kurt and Crye-Leike represented us in the purchase of a new (to us) home. While the process was slow (due to the seller), the experience was great. Kurt did a great job of keeping us informed all the way to the end. I highly recommend Crye-Leike and Kurt Olivent! Kurt was AWESOME. He kept us informed throughout the entire buying process. He negotiated on our behalf with great success.

All I can say is, just use Crye-Leike and get with Kurt or one of his team members. They truly work with people! Thank you again!

Kurt went above and beyond to assist in finding the right home for our family. He was easy to work with and understood our unique needs and desires. Kurt was always available to answer our questions and made sure we were comfortable and well informed throughout the buying process.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with my realtor. From the very beginning, they were attentive, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping me find the right home. Their communication was clear and consistent, and they handled every detail with professionalism and care. What really stood out was their dedication—they went above and beyond to make sure the entire process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and exceptional real estate professional.

10 out of 10 service will recommend to everyone in need of an agent

There are not sufficient words to describe what this team has done for me. The Olivents helped me through the entire process. They could not have been more gracious to me. Every step of this has been explained. Every decision was easier, and every stressor was eased due to their kindnesses. I know that God sent them to me. I appreciate Crye-Leike. I appreciate and love the Olivents!

This is the 2nd home I have bought working with Kurt. He is a professional in the very essence of the term. He does his job very well, and has the experience to offer his best advice. I would not want to work with any other agent.
