We live in England, the property we were selling was in the Bahamas so we needed to work with a realtor we could rely on. We had had a poor experience with one realtor and decided to change. Krystal at ERA Dupuch came highly recommended and with good reason. She represented us through a difficult period just after the pandemic lockdowns and overcame the disappointments of two offers accepted but subsequently fell through due to problems on the buyers’ side. Krystal re-launched the property and found several interested buyers. She played a very effective role in working with us, the buyers, the two sets of attorneys and the surveyors to move the process along. It is probably fair to say that, without Krystal’s energy and attention to detail, the house would still be on the market.
