I first met Kristy as she represented the seller when I was purchasing a property years ago. Given the smoothness of the dealings and her in-depth experience in the local market, I retained her as the leasing agent for the acquired property and ever since been working with her exclusively in the Port Richey market. Kristy has proven over the years to be much more than just an agent and more of a reliable partner with a constant desire to help in any capacity within and without her scope of responsibilities. She is very professional and always quick to respond. I can’t recommend Kristy enough.
