Kristy did an amazing job helping us sell our home. She was always quick to respond and went above and beyond in helping us work out all of the small details that needed to be attended to. In short, she was amazing and we would most definitely work with her again should the opportunity arise.

If you are looking for a realtor who is professional yet down-to-earth, look no further. Kristy is the realtor for you! Throughout our entire transaction, Kristy conducted herself with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Her communication skills are excellent and she responds to any questions or concerns quickly. Even though we know that she is very busy, she treated us as if we were her only clients. Kristy is a class act and very good at her job. We highly recommend her!

Kristy is the absolute best!! She helped me sell the house I was in as well as buy my new one. I can't express enough how grateful I am to have had her help every step of the way!

Kristy was amazing throughout the entire process of selling our home to buying our new home. From our 1st call to her through following up with us after the closings, she walked us through the entire way. We never had to wait on anything, which is a big deal to me. She was always letting us know what we could expect next. She made the adventure very easy, comforting, and even fun. I can not recommend her enough.

I would highly recommend Kristy Marshall to be your agent for purchasing or selling a home. Kristy has assisted me with purchasing two properties and selling two properties. In all cases, she has been very honest, knowledgeable, and quick in getting any information requested. Most importantly she will make your experience fun!

I only wish more than five stars was an option. Kristy Marshall worked tirelessly with our family finding us the perfect forever home for our family of six. She previewed homes and only took us to see homes that truly fit our criteria. As a busy two working parent family, this was a huge bonus to us. She made the closing of our home a wonderful experience! Then, she turned around and helped us prepare our previous home for market. We accepted one of many offers withon three days of going on the market. YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH Kristy Marshall!!!

Kristy provided me with an amazing home buying journey. She was always available, regardless of my many, many questions, and she found the perfect home for me. She's experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and has a great sense of humor. Home buying is not always fun, but Kristy made it seem effortless. Highly recommend!!!

Kristy stepped in to help us sell our home in the middle of a variety of personal crises we were experiencing. After having dealt with one very unprofessional REALTOR, Kristy was referred to me by a friend and neighbor. Thank GOD! We were trying to close a home while being on vacation and Kristy handled everything perfectly! Honestly, I could not possibly have custom requested a more perfect Real Estate Professionl if I tried.

She was unfailingly professional, fun to work with, went WELL ABOVE & BEYOND what I would expect of anyone and has EXCELLENT communication skills. I would recommend her or hire her again in a minute. Trust me, you'd be a fool not to do the same.

Kris is absolutely a godsend- she made buying a house so fun, easy and as stress-free as could be imagined for such a monumental event! She’s a pro through and through but the best part about working with her was how much she truly cared about us as people and supported us!

I simply could not have asked for a better experience than with Kris and Christy. Was it smooth sailing? Not always. But that is where they added such value to this transaction. When things got tough, they fixed it. They.were our advocates every step of the way. No matter what time of day or night they were totally responsive. I highly recommend this experienced team.
