Kristle did an amazing job as our realtor. I would have questions and she would immediately get me answers. All of her hard work made the process go so smoothly. We will definitely have Kristle as realtor for our future properties.

Kristle was great help with finding homes to view, leading us in the correct direction. Listening to our needs and turning on a dime when we where changing direction on home styles. Very easy to get a hold of when we had questions. Would use Kristle again in the future.

I knew Kristle prior to asking her to be our agent to sell our much loved home of 12 years. She immediately responded to me and explained the process and her plan to get our home listed and sold in our very tight 21 day time frame. She was calm, collected, soothing to my stressed and anxious persona, and so upfront, honest and helpful. I am so glad we chose her as our agent and to prove just how awesome she is we listed our home on a Friday afternoon, had a two day weekend open house and received 5 listing price and over offers! We had a few other showings but were in escrow in a week! It was solely due to her fabulous listing description coupled with the best photographs that made our home look absolutely to die for! If I had to do it again I would definitely choose Kristle as our agent. She is not only a great agent but a great friend. Thank you, Kristle! We closed a week early and the process was smooth and easy, even with two young children and full time work. I highly recommend Kristle to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Kristle provided us with an excellent experience from the selling of our home to the purchase of a new home for our family. She was thorough in explaining the processes in both transactions. She was available each step of the way for us whether it was to answer questions, tour homes or consult us when we were uncertain. Kristle provided a service that was both professional and friendly. She added personal touches to each home tour with our 1 year old son in order to allow us the time we needed to focus on the homes we were touring. In such an ever changing market, Kristle was attentive and helped us keep our focus. We would without question recommend Kristle to any home buyer or seller. Her service and attentiveness to her clients is 2nd to none. Because of Kristle, our home entered into escrow within a week of posting and closed escrow within 30 days. We then were able to turn around and successfully close on our new home in the time frame we needed.

Kristle was such a good listener and really advocated for us. I trusted her right away. She was easy to get ahold of and answered every little question we had. I would definitely hire her again.
