She went above and beyond in getting me the house I fell in love with. It was a difficult purchase and she helped me every step of the way. I can?t say enough about how much she helped me.
I would like to complain about the handling of the closing by Megan. I had asked for papers to be mailed to me at the closing. Instead she emailed me with instructions. I then called her after waiting a week for the papers in the mail. She then said she would get them right out. I waited another week, and had to call her again .I asked her if she sent them snail mail, and she said yes. This time she said she would send them right out by UPS. Theycame the next day. So she had never sent them out. I believe some action should be taken. I know she works for the Title Company and not First Weber so please pass this information on.
