I can't say enough positive things about Kristin Young. We were transferred to Dallas and did not know the area. I was referred to Kristin through a friend. I found her to be very professional and knowledgeable. She listened to my needs and quickly identified many areas of interests. She spent a lot of time with me educating me about the area. She took me to many neighborhoods and quickly zoned in on what my favorite type of home was. Within the first weekend she found me the perfect home! We love our new house and its suits us perfectly. Kristin was patient and kind, truly a delight to work with. I felt very comfortable working with Kristin because I knew she truly cared about me and my family. She made the purchase process easy and seamless from start to finish. Her responsiveness and follow up was terrific. She is very detailed and organized and ensured our closing went smoothly. Her service and support did not end with the sale as she continued to follow up with us after the sale. I am so fortunate to have been introduced to Kristin and I highly recommend that anyone interested in finding the perfect home with no stress or headaches work with Kristin. She is amazing!

Kristin was lovely to work with. I was relocating from Phoenix, and only had Labor Day weekend for house shopping in DFW. We looked at more homes than you can possibly imagine in that weekend. I was so impressed Kristin was able to clear her schedule and work just for me. What an asset to the home buying process. She assisted every step of the way, even through my awful 3.5 hour closing (of course this delay was not caused by the Ebby team). She was such a value to my home buying process and I would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.
