She really made a great impact on us, one of the things that I consider as a strength is her ability to connect with people and being so empathic about what would best work additionally she always showed to be concerned about answering all my questions (were too many ) and as a customer the best thing is the feeling of being heard. She never made me feel pressured about signing a contract (unlike other agents ) and for this closing she moved things so fast with all parties to make this closing happened on time despite the circumstances of lock downs.
