My experience with Kristie was excellent! When I started looking for a condo to purchase, she had to educate me on the current market conditions as they were significantly different than my last home purchase. Also I was not familiar with some of the areas that had condos for sale - she was very patient and set up showings for me, so that I could better learn the areas and markets.
When we found the condo that I purchased, Kristie worked very well with the other realtor to get an offer to the seller that was acceptable, without wasting my time or the sellers. Overall the purchase experience was very smooth, due to Kristie's efforts on my behalf.
