Katie was amazing to work with. I appreciate a professional who is punctual, open and honest, and communicative. Katie exceeded every expectation and found us our first home. We are so grateful to her and will continue to go to her for any real estate needs and would absolutely recommend her to anyone. Thank you!!!

My husband and I are blessed to have Katie as our buyer's agent. She instantly understood our needs and found the perfect place for us. Her understanding of the Eugene/Springfield community along with her in depth knowledge of the market is invaluable. She immediately responded to our questions/e-mails/texts and communicated with our bank and the title company to make this purchase a seamless process for us. She went above and beyond our expectations and took great care of us. I highly recommend Katie for your real estate needs.

Katie was so great to work with. We needed to find a home in Eugene in the Spring/Summer of 2022, which was a challenging time for buyers. We lived in Georgia at the time, which added to the complexity, but Katie took that in stride as if we were next door. I was amazed at her knowledge and skill during the entire process. We did find the perfect house! She is responsive, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a house in Eugene.

Katie helped us find our first house and gave us guidance throughout the process. Day and night she answered questions we had. Very pleasant to work with! She is very good at finding all those little details that I didn’t even think about. My favorite part was when she walked barefoot through a house to find a wavy floor that could be a future issue. Lol thank you Katie!

Katie was so patient, kind and helpful with our new home search. Her knowledge and expertise were instrumental in finding and purchasing the perfect place. We couldn't be happier.

Katie showed us many homes over the course of months. We were moving from another state, and we were so fortunate to have her working for us. To say we were picky is an understatement. We found a home we were interested in, and Katie got us in to view it before anyone else. The sale went through without a hitch, and we're happy in our Eugene home. Katie is professional, warm, intelligent, funny, understanding, and works incredibly hard. Hire her as your realtor.

Katie is professional, hard working, and genuinely seeks to get to know you and your family. She listens to what you want and does her best to provide results. I wish I could work with her more often!

Katie was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was appropriately cautious about purchases and helped us see angles of the buy we may not have seen ourselves. She answered all of my questions (there were many) with ease and enthusiasm. I love that she genuinely acted like she cared about our buying process and when the sale finalized, celebrated with me and walked through the home talking about exciting remodel and design ideas. I look forward to working with her again in our next purchases :)

Very much enjoyed working with Katie to help us find and purchase our first home! Katie’s professional and responsive and put my wife and I at ease throughout the intensive home buying process. Would work with her again and of course would recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor, just as we had been recommended to her!

Katie was the best realtor I ever worked with, Clear & simple communication with detail. I would recommend to anyone, thank you Katie!
