It has been such a pleasure, to be associated with such a wonderful group of people.  The kindness, respect, education, assistance and comradery in our office thanks to Olivia, Christi, Lisa, Cindy and of course Krista, has made my career here at ReeceNichols a dream come true. 

After joining RN I went through FastTrack, Advantage I and II. It was during Advantage that I was first introduced to Krista as she came in and gave an awesome preparing for your listing presentation training session. As time went on I came to appreciate and realized that knowledge was shared from broker to broker and office to office. Krista and Cindy are always available via phone call, text, or email and if they don’t know (which is rarely) they always know who to call, text or email about EVERYTHING.

Krista has been great since I came to ReeceNichols. She brings so much industry knowledge and experience that she is always willing to share!

Krista Wilson showed us how great she is as she oversaw the construction of our state of the art facility, while simultaneously bringing three separate offices together, and still making time to assist us [agents] with questions, problems, issues, etc. This is the place that I want to be and a place that I'm not planning on leaving. ReeceNichols - Johnson County West office is my home.

The ReeceNichols company is well organized and the brokers and staff are all amazing, smart, extremely knowledgeable, as well as well educated in our profession. I have found this office to have a true family atmosphere. The leaders make everyone feel welcome and encourage teamwork. Of course, our company offers everyone an opportunity to grow and encourages a positive attitude. I am proud, thankful and truly blessed to be affiliated with such an amazing office filled with love and support.

The reason my brokerage, ReeceNichols is so successful is the support they provide. Krista Wilson knocks it outside of the park! There's never been a time that I needed her that she hasn't gotten back to me within minutes. So happy to be part of a great team of people.

Krista and Cindy have weekly training sessions on relevant topics that help us to be better real estate agents. All training is followed up with handouts or a follow up email. They also offer work shops on topics like listing presentations where you will leave the workshop with everything you need for that topic. ReeceNichols has some of the best tools to help you with your business, for example, personal website, Homematch, ALICE (this tool designs all of our flyers, printed material and posts for social media) and all of this is FREE. You do not have to pay to make copies of anything. Our brokers truly are here to help you with any question or issue you may have, they are easy to get a hold of all hours of the day. Last but not least you will love the atmosphere in our office. The comradery in our office is special everyone is willing to help each other and our support staff is available to answer any questions as well.

JOCO West is home to amazing real estate agents that are so kind and supportive of one another while thriving in their own business. The broker, assistant broker and support staff provide excellent organization, trainings, continuing education and coaching while consistently motivating and encouraging all the realtors in the office.

The level of support and encouragement I received my first year in the office gave me the confidence to quit my full-time job and focus on my real estate business. There is no way I would have made that leap without my incredible support system from home and from all the wonderful people at ReeceNichols. Krista and Cindy have been incredible mentors. They are extremely busy, yet they ALWAYS make time to answer my calls and emails in a timely manner. As we all know, every moving part to this business is time sensitive. They prioritize their agents' needs, just as we are expected to prioritize our clients' needs. They go a step beyond by following up in person, or with a phone call or email to see how else they can help. While they supervise many agents, their efforts make us feel like we are the only agent in the office! Christi, Lisa, and Olivia keep the office running like a well-oiled machine! Christi is a pro at keeping everything on schedule and making the office feel like a 2nd home. Lisa is always there to answer all my questions about Dotloop, contracts, and deadlines. As a newer agent, I appreciate that she answers my questions with such patience and grace, even when I know I have asked her the same question more than once or twice. Olivia is my Tech Queen!! We are so lucky to have her expertise about our websites, social media, and creative ways to effectively market ourselves and our business. Every single one of her trainings brings many "A-ha Moments"!
