Krista and Kim are great to work with. They are very knowledgeable about their business. We were very happy with their professionalism. They are extremely easy to work with and not pushy at all. They are a great team, and I will, and have, recommended them to my friends and family.

Krista is an absolutely fantastic realtor. My wife and I moved to Madison from out of state, and Krista made the entire process extremely straightforward from start to finish. She was highly professional, personable, and attentive to our specific requests. I would highly recommend Krista to anyone in need of a realtor.

5 Star Review

If I could give 10 stars recommending Kim Manka & Krista Potter it still wouldn?t adequately describe the level of service & professionalism displayed in negotiating the sale of our new house. As residents of another state relocating to Wisconsin, it was comforting to know the two of them were there representing us as we made the decision to go with the home we ultimately bought. Thank you Kim & Krista!!!

Kim and Krista were a delight to work with, determined to find the right home for us. Perseverance was evident in all our dealings with them, they never gave up in our search for the right house for us. I want to thank them for everything they did for us in our quest.

It was great working with Kim and Krista while looking for a house to move back to WI from the west coast. Kim and Krista were very responsive and willing to have video calls so I could see multiple houses. They went above and beyond by attending inspection for me, doing a couple walk throughs of the house purchased to ensure everything was out, provided a checklist to help ensure I was prepared for the closing and move, drove to my families place to drop the house keys off after closing, and then even helped post closing to ensure my family was able to make the move and transition smoothly. They helped my family and I find the perfect house (non-cookie cutter traditional home) in a really nice neighborhood with great schools. I appreciate their time, patience, communication and follow through with this process. I would recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy agents and especially those who are looking to buy a house from out of state. They won?t disappoint.

Along with A thru E above, Kim and Krista are personable and made us feel that it is important to them that we found the right house. They are enthusiastic and positive throughout the process.

Krista and Kim were wonderful to work with. They were responsive and collaborative throughout the entire process. They had great advice for staging our home to play up its strengths.

I had a wonderful experience with Kim and Krista. I suddenly found myself looking for a home in a very challenging market, and they really went above and beyond to help me find the right home for me and my two children. They were available almost instantaneously to answer any number of questions via text or phone, accompanied me and provided invaluable advice at showings, open houses and my closing and even helped provide decoration tips for my new home. I was so impressed with their interpersonal skills, their commitment to their clients, and their availability and knowledge. I could not recommend them more highly!
