Kris is extremely knowledgeable about the sales and negotiation process and helped provide transparency to the process. She was available 24-7, extremely responsive and I appreciated the multiple forms of communication and rapid turnaround times on questions and documents to keep the sales process moving. She is also very charismatic which is extremely important and often overlooked as a requirement for dealing with high dollar high stress transactions - she was able to keep the process pleasant in spite of challenges around permits, appraisals, funding, etc. that we ran into on my particular transaction.
