Kirk Scott is our real estate hero. Kirk was incredibly helpful, patient, and encouraging throughout the process of selling our current home and finding a new home. The house we were selling needed many updates to bring us from “charming” to “must-see”. Throughout the update process, Kirk helped us choose contractors, materials, and appropriate updates to get our house where it needed to be. When we would become discouraged, Kirk was motivating and understanding. Once we listed our house, Kirk had it sold in less than 5 days. We felt like his only clients - he was available by phone, text, and email 24 hours a day. He took time to explain the different offers and the benefits to choosing one over the other. In the end, Kirk guided us to an over-ask sale with a quick close. During that process, Kirk also helped us find a great new house. He coordinated the inspections, appraisals, and negotiating with the sellers so that we were only without a home for 2 days! Kirk helped us understand what to expect every step of the way up through closing and beyond. I can’t imagine selling or buying a house without Kirk Scott leading us every step of the way. This man is so reassuring and knowledgable that it made us comfortable with what could have been a very stressful and anxiety ridden experience. If you want to sell or buy a house, contact Kirk Scott and you will not be disappointed.

I can hardly begin express what a true and utter gem Kirk Scott is for new and seasoned home owners! If you are looking for a phenomenal realtor, look no further--you've found your match. Kirk will walk you through every step of the process, working around the clock to help you find your home sweet home, from start to finish, with the utmost attentiveness. Kirk helped us tremendously as first time home-buyers and now owners. Kirk guided us, house by house, in finding the one that best fit our needs while educating us and prepping us for home ownership! His incredible expertise and invaluable perspective from the smallest details to seeing the big picture and possibilities will allow you to make informed-decisions and feel confident in your choices. I have not stopped raving about his boundless, detail-oriented knowledge base as well as his infectious personality that left us feeling both deeply cared for and blessed to have such a trusted professional in our lives.

Working with Kirk was incredible! Kirk is professional and extremely knowledgeable about the market and was committed to getting us the best selling price we could for the home. Kirk provided us with a market analysis a few months before we put the house on the market to set our expectation leading up to listing, and then provided another analysis right before listing. The house was sold quickly and Kirk was thorough and responsive whenever we had a question or needed to talk. I would highly recommend Kirk Scott whether you are buying or selling a property!

I've known Kirk over a decade and purchased several homes with him. Kirk is impeccable, meticulous and knows real estate better than any other agent I've met. He has saved me from purchasing nightmares and helped me find the home of my dreams TWICE. There is literally no one I would trust to buy or  sell a home than Kirk.

Helped us sell our house and get the new perfect one. He fully represented us and negotiated hard on our behalf. We are extremely pleased with the results. We would use him if we move in the future.

Thanks to Kirk my wife and I were able to close on our dream home. We were not easy clients to deal with and demanded a lot of Kirk's time and energy, of which he gave without hesitation. Kirk worked tirelessly on our behalf. After 32 years in the military I'm retiring in a few weeks. My wife has been through countless moves, birthdays and holidays alone, and raised our daughter mostly by herself. I wanted to give her the house of her dreams. I couldn't have hand chosen a better agent to guide us through the process and get us into a home that we look forward to growing old together in and getting reacquainted.

Buying or selling a house can easily become a stressful task, but Kirk made selling our Denton home a breeze. He truly went above and beyond our expectations as our realtor with his knowledge, professionalism and to-the-point personality. Absolutely recommend if buying or selling in the DFW area!

Kirk Scott is your real estate Super Hero! I'm from Colorado and had to sell my deceased uncle's home in Carrollton. Kirk talked with me, and together we figured out what to do. Freshening up the place brought a higher price than expected, and quickly. Kirk Scott's advice, expertise and kind patience are the best. I've bought and sold, oh, 10 properties over the years and Kirk Scott was the most knowledgeable, best communicator / hand-holder as needed and is just enthusiastic about real estate! I would contract his services again in a second, but alas, live in Colorado. So I share him with you. I did not know him before this transaction. You'd be wise and miles ahead to list with Kirk. His marketing skill will bring you far more money than any commission you'd pay.

I had the opportunity to work with Kirk on two different homes, and he's a straight-shooting, professional, intelligent and caring type of real estate guy that anyone would be lucky to have working on their side. He's the only guy I'd go to for my next home sale or purchase. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KIRK!!! Five Stars, indeed.
