Kira Spivack is the best! In the middle of the worst housing market for buyers, Kira was endlessly patient and thorough. Kira made herself so available to us and was consistently able to debrief with us even in “off hours.” As first time home-buyers, she really understood what a huge decision this was and was able to help us think clearly through a very overwhelming process. She always made sure that BOTH of us were on board before moving forward on an offer or proposal, and she was often reminding us of the priorities that we had originally discussed with her. We always felt like she had our best interest in mind as she guided us – all of our concerns were taken seriously. Even a few days before finally closing (after months of work she had done!), she went to go check on our house after a storm without us even asking. Her knowledge of the North Shore housing market, how to negotiate with sellers, and what kinds of changes one can make to a house that are sound investments were all so valuable to us. In the end of a long process, we are closing today on our dream home – which would not have been possible without Kira! We could not be more thankful for her support and assistance through this insane process!
