The KimTim Team is truly amazing to work with, whether you are buying, selling, or both. Our family’s relationship with them goes back to 2007, when they helped my parents with their home. What makes them so special is that the relationship didn’t end after the sale. They stayed in touch with my parents throughout the years, included them in community events and functions, and always made them feel like friends. Before our parents passed away, they were adamant that when the time came to sell their home, we use the KimTim Team. We honored their wishes, and we are so glad we did. Selling our parents’ home during such a difficult and emotional time was not easy, but the KimTim Team treated us with genuine kindness, compassion, and professionalism throughout the entire process. Their history with our parents made it even more meaningful. We are incredibly grateful for all of their help and kindness and would highly recommend the KimTim Team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. They truly care about the people they work with, not just the transaction. You won’t be disappointed. Melissa & Pam
