My experience with Kimbrough Donner and Fickling & Company was truly exceptional. Kimbrough was incredible from start to finish — responsive, knowledgeable, organized, and completely committed to guiding me through the process. She communicated clearly, handled every detail with confidence, and was always available whenever I needed anything. She turned what could have been a very overwhelming situation into something smooth and manageable. Her professionalism, energy, and genuine care made all the difference. Kimbrough represented your company beautifully, and because of her, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Fickling & Company to anyone. She is an absolute standout.

Kimbrough Donner is an excellent agent for the company. Professionalism at its finest. Its no secret in Macon GA why she is head and shoulders above the rest. Would definitely recommend her whether buying or selling!

Kimbrough’s kindness to me when I was selling without a realtor was impressive and calming. When her client backed out of the contract, I contacted her to represent me as my realtor. She honored my request to ‘grandfather’ a few buyers who had expressed interest before.

I’m not sure where to start. USE A REALTOR and use KIMBROUGH!! From start to finish the process was handed with top notch attention. She helped price the home above what we expected based on her knowledge of the market. We had tons of questions and she was able to answer them all. If you’re looking for an agent to become part of your family then Kimbrough is the person for you!!
