10/30/2026 Subject: Recommendation for Kimberly Salmon To whom It May Concern: REMAX Crown Realty We are writing to express our gratitude and to say that we would highly recommend Kim Salmon as an enthusiastic, professional and caring person. She goes up and beyond the normal duties of a real estate agent. She did everything possible and more to advertise and try to promote our home. Selling our home recently came with a unique set of challenges. We lived in a community that would mostly appeal to a boater, golfer, or someone that enjoyed an active life with all the amenities. During this very difficult market Kim was faced with, she always kept positive, especially while keeping us informed and confident when the process felt overwhelming. Thanks to her dedication and skill, we crossed the finish line with a fantastic outcome that we really didn’t think was possible under the circumstances. During this process we never realized the work, hours and commitment it takes to be an extraordinary real-estate agent. REMAX Crown Realty is blessed to have her on their team. We now have a friend and we will miss working with her. Sincerely, Gary & Flo Kaczenski

You are a very interesting individual, your experiences are commendable.. received your email. Thank you. Marshall

Always returns calls, thinking of ways to get property sold, great service

Selling a home seems to me to be a difficult decision. It requires decisions that must be made. Ones that I never considered. What comes and what goes, requires a cool head. Kimberly has significant patience and understanding. Her advice and guidance helped me prep the house, establishing a welcoming environment for the prospective buyer. I highly recommend her as the only realtor that I trust. She holds my interests above the "sale".

Kim is a true professional, excellent and very knowledgeable while maintaining a warm relationship with me as a client. I would use her again and certainly recommend her to my friends. Thanks Kim!

Kim listed my home and sold it with little delay. She also provided exceptional advice on what repairs and improvements to make to make the home stand out to prospective buyers. She then helped me locate and negotiate the purchase of a condo in a near-by city. Kim was always accessible and prompt

Kim Salmon is very engaging and provides excellent service. I highly recommend Kim.
