I was a busy mom who was always "out of energy". I had accepted the fact that I would always feel depleted and even after trying every solution I could think of, it still wasn't enough. A friend of mine handed me a Spark one day and it literally changed the course of my life. I felt better immediately, and within hours I was contacting her asking her how I could get more! I then became introduced to the 24 day challenge and the challenge helped me reevaluate everything I thought I knew about food and health. I am now a distributor. I am working my way towards advisor. And I feel better than I have felt in years! I cannot thank my friends and coaches enough for what Advocare has provided for me and my daughter.
