Kim Trinh is an outstanding buyers agent to look out for our best interests during one of the largest purchases we’ve ever made. Our best interests are being well protected, Kim gets us the best deal possible. She is very responsive and is an experienced buyers agent who is able to identify potential problems within a house relatively easily. She helps evaluate and secure financing as well as keep the transaction on schedule. She works days & nights for our deal. We can not get this deal without all of her efforts since the house has 10+ offers after 1 week listing. Thank you Kim Trinh for your hard working and dedication to your work. We had the best experience with Kim.  She's a go getter and borderline aggressive.  But that's tye exact trait you would want from your agent.  She kept us updated thru out the whole process, made her suggestions, but always ask us our decision.  No none sense.  I would definitely recommend Kim to my family.  In fact, I have recommended her for to my brother who is now selling his old house and buying a new one.

Kim Trinh is an excellent real estate agent that I have ever met. She went above and beyond to do whatever needed to be done to make sure our house sold for top dollar she was always available and she went out of her way and sacrificed her investment in time detail such as great photo taker to make sure our house sold quickly When our house went on the market we had an offer right with next day and sold/closed escrow within 10 days for above the asking price. I would recommend Kim to any one. Kim is a dedicated real state agent and anyone would be lucky to have her.

7/16/2017 Kim has been our realtor for the past 4 years. She was referred to us by a friend when we were looking for a home in the Anaheim Hills/Yorba Linda area. Prior to Kim, we had gone through a handful of agents looking for the right fit for us. Most of the agents we met were during open house visits. These agents were very nice and appeared to want to help us, but at the end of the day, they were purely looking for a sale. Kim is honestly an exception. We were a little reluctant at first given her high profile buyers/sales history in the OC area (we had a budget we wanted to stay within); however, she was willing to work with us. I don't think you can say that about all agents. Kim helped us buy and sell our first home and most recently guided us through the purchase of our second home. She is the most patient, caring, considerate and honest agent we have met. Kim answers your calls/texts/emails very quickly. There was one time she went on vacation and told us her assistant would answer our questions if we had any. However, despite not having to, she reached out to us during her vacation for follow-up. If you cannot already tell, she truly does have your best interest at heart - giving her opinion despite possibly losing out on an immediate sale. She doesn't just tell you what you might want to hear (many agents do this just to get a quick sale from our previous experiences) because the relationship she builds with you is so much more important to her. It took us over a year to purchase our first home; and she is still willing to work with us through the years. IN addition, selling our home was not the easiest process; but she stuck with us and even reassured us/kept us calm through it all. There were many obstacles that we encountered; and she never disappointed us. She practically did all the work for both sides to carry the sale through. I promise you will not be disappointed with Kim and don't think twice about using her as your agent!

Kim is a fantastic and very knowledgeable agent. When I was looking to buy a house for the first time, she guided me and my family through every step of the home buying process. She first toured several potential houses with us, explaining the pros and cons of each. Her insight was very helpful and detailed, even paying attention to things like the noise level of a neighboring road in one example. When we were ready to buy, she took charge to make sure all the negotiations and paperwork were as painless and beneficial to us as possible. She is a very aggressive negotiator and did her utmost to make sure we got a good deal. From answering any questions at all hours, to having all the necessary contacts for inspections, mortgage, etc., to finding every possible way to get the cost down, she is truly reliable and professional.
