Kim, this lady was so patient with our shopping for our home. I'm pretty sure we looked for over a year. She knew we were looking for a special home in a special neighborhood. March of 2025 we found it. It was a neighborhood in the country, with 6 neighbors on a Private dirt road. There are Long Leaf Pine Forests across from our back yard. After going inside the house we said let's see if we will get approval. We sat in the front yard under some trees, there was a beautiful breeze, I looked up at Kim & told her "this is it." She was on the phone with our bank. We were waiting for their approval...... "We got it." Honestly, after all of that time looking I'm sure Kim thought we would never find our home. When we left Connecticut and moved to Wilmington in 2006, we loved living there, we rented for 19 years. We were not going to be able to afford to buy there. Wilmington was growing. Now we're a short drive when we need to go into Wilmington. We moved into our home in April 2025. I have heard 4 sirens in a year. Weekends are so quiet from traffic. The wild life is amazing. I even saw my first Wild Bob Cat ever. It was just passing through. We live with tons of birds, Deer, Coyotes, Possum, Raccons.... Wrightsville Beach, my favorite is a short ride that's worth it. We both are giving Kim a thanks for not giving up on us. You're the best.
