Kim was always very patient to explain everything in great detail through the entire process from preparing the house for showing, reviewing and negotiating offers and all the legal documents…etc. She even helped us sell our furniture to the buyer before closing, saved us tons of headache to pack and ship them across the country. And she also brought us moving boxes! She was always very thorough, very professional, very on top of things, so we never had to worry about anything. I am skeptical by nature and did a lot of research myself while working with her on selling houses and her approach checked out every single time. She encouraged me to research the market myself and helped me understand when I had questions while showing and explaining her analysis to me for comparison. A real knowledgable agent, like Kim welcomes information their clients finds on their own instead of some agents who would tell you not to believe the internet and blindly follow their advice. At the end, in a declining market in Nov 2022 after several rounds of interest rate hikes, she helped us pull off 20+ showings in the first day and get it under contract with four over-asking-offers with three of them 30K over. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. I am actually very sad that she can’t help us sell our current house in the future because we have moved across the country.
