Kim was a godsend to me, a senior citizen who had lived in my home over 40 years and had never experienced selling a house. She calmly helped me through every step of the process, answering the “what ifs” and recommending providers for inspections, etc. She listened to the particulars of my situation and worked with me to make the house selling process smooth and painless.

I have worked with Kim Perkins for several months finding a home in Jacksonville where I intend to make it my forever home. Since there are only a five star rating I would rate her five star. Her professionalism is unmatched to anyone that I have had ever worked with in the past. She made finding my forever home a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is the best of the best. No exaggeration. Whenever I needed a question answered she did just that! Whenever I needed anything signed multiple times , she was right there helping me navigate technology challenges. Thank you Kim! She reminded me many times that no question would go unanswered! They did not. She was encouraging and most kind always. I respected her opinions and trusted her with the largest investment that one could make. Im so happy with my home and will not forget the ease of the experience. You are truly lucky to have her on your team.
