We are so impressed with Kim. She is really on top of her game. She listens to the customer and their needs and then puts together a plan to make it happen. Because of her desire to serve her clients above and beyond, she was able to sell our home in 4 days. I know this is not common but because she attends all her showings and speaks to all those that come through, she had 2 buyers who were interested in our home, came to see it and it sold in 4 days. I'm not saying this happens to all her clients, it's just that the timing, her passion and personality and the right buyers all came together for us. We couldn't be happier how everything worked out for us, the buyers and Kim. Kim gives 110% and it is obvious!!! No need to look any further for a realtor. Kim is the BEST!

Of course Kim is 5 stars - we hav worked with her so many times as well as my son, my daughter, and their friends. She is a dream come true - so efficient and thorough, so gentle and kind and patient, so emotionally involved, so smart, will never give up. I love her as a friend and treasure her as an agent.
