First thing I think of when I hear Preferred Realty is my current realtor Kim Neigh. Being a veteran I loved how she dug in a fought for my offer and got me a great deal. Being in the trenches battles can sometimes wear you down. Kim even gathered reinforcements as needed to assure all my concerns were met.

We had the opportunity to work with Kim Neigh to secure our first home. She went above and beyond to help us through the process. She was in constant contact, whether it be answering my thousands of random questions, sending us new listings she thought would be a great fit, or even coming over for showings last minute when we saw something we were interested in. When we finally found "the one", she was there every step of the way to help push our loan through to get to the closing table.
