Kim, knew the market that we were in and that we only had one shot to get this deal done. She ensured that we only put our best foot forward and her knowledge of the area and was of great assistance during the buying process. Once the deal was signed, we still had some questions and other items that we needed addressed and Kim was there to assist in any way possible.
