Kim advised us on readying our home for sale, walked us through every step, to the closing. And the whole while, we were purchasing a new build, which Kim was on top of from our signing to our closing: every meeting, every phase of build, every everything. If we needed to ask anything, she was quick to respond. She has a plethora of contacts for anything we needed: painter, tile guy, electrician, the list goes on. She's a wealth of information, and she's a genuine sweetheart.
