Kim really was outstanding. She went above and beyond, giving advice, dealing with our different time zones/my remote location, a difficult seller and agent, including helping get quotes for repair work to help me understand my offer. She literally gave birth to a child in the middle of the week where our offers and counter offers were in flight, and you couldn't have noticed from the service she gave. That is mind boggling. And it wasn't that the service level was low enough to hide a few missing days. I couldn't recommend her more.
