I consulted several different realtors before selecting Kim. They were all pessimistic, raising problems they thought needed attending to and slowing down the process, possibly for another year. They also proposed much lower listing prices for the property. When, after listing, almost no one was choosing to even see the house, I was beginning to think it had been a mistake to list the price as high as Kim had recommended, and began to think I might have to seek another agent if it went to another year. And then, suddenly, they had found an enthusiastic buyer, and from then forward the whole process was as smooth as silk. Not only were she and her husband very friendly and warm people, who were pleasant to relate to, but they gave wise advice in the face of the various questions and requests posed by the prospective buyers during the time leading to closing. Not least of their services, when sudden health problems forced us to rush to another state before the Movers picked up our belongings, they were there to provide access and guidance to the moving company.
