Kim is friendly and informative. No matter how many times I said 'nice house but not my house' her smile bright never diminished. She would stay positive and say, 'thats ok, we will find the right one'. Kim has lived in New Castle all her life and was able to share information about the area as well as the houses we were looking at.

Kim was amazing. Very flexible for us when needed, and never made us feel bad due to not having a lot of leeway with our budget when other realtors had. She was always making sure our son was ok during house tours which can be stressful enough due to him only being two years old and having little temper tantrums here and there.
