It is our great pleasure to share our experience working with Kim Christman. We were referred to Kim by a family member in 2018. Immediately upon meeting her we knew we were fortunate to have been introduced to an exceptional agent. What we didn’t know at the time was that we were actually introduced to an exceptional person who we now consider a dear friend. We were temporarily in Austin for the first time and knew very little about the area, although we already knew we loved it. Her warm and professional demeanor lends to her ability to connect well with other agents, in our case the listing agent, and she negotiated with him on our behalf at a time when homes were selling as soon as they were listed and we successfully purchased our beautiful lake home. During our search we had mentioned an interest in income and acreage property as well. One that fit our criteria came on the market and quickly went under contract. She stayed in contact with the selling agent expressing the seriousness of our interest in the property and was contacted when that transaction fell through. Again she handled the entire process with finesse and we were able to purchase another wonderful property that’s an asset for our family. Working with and knowing Kim is a pleasure in so many ways.
