When issues arose (from an unrelated neighboring property) Kiki dealt with them professionally, openly and honestly, ultimately resulting in a sale with a happy buyer and seller. She was always on top of every detail. I was always kept up to date on every aspect of the transaction. She returns calls or texts immediately (even on weekends).
