Kiara is truly a godsend. I reached out to her when my family and I were in a very tight spot after a sudden tragedy and once I contacted her with my troubles she immediately got to work. To say she eliminated a great amount of stress is an understatement. So fast, easy and professional. But she is also very personable and honestly just a joy to talk to. I know she goes above and beyond for her clients because she did for my family.

To say Kiara was phenomenal and exceeded all expectations would be an understatement! She was so attentive to detail and communicative. She went beyond what I ever thought a realtor would do for us and really dug into researching each property, having an attorney review a wholesaler’s contract, calling around to help us make sure we could do what we were looking to do with the property, etc. She knew all the right places to call! She made the process easy and fun. Her having a family made her more understanding and aware of our family’s needs as well which was so important to us in finding a realtor. We met her when looking at a property she was the selling agent for and that property was one that wasn’t going to work. She gave us as much info as she had on it and was not pushy to try to sell it. Knowing it wasn’t right for us, she even discouraged it and instead talked more in depth about our needs and wants and offered to search for other more fitting properties. After talking with her, we knew we needed to use her as our realtor because she wasn’t going to mislead us and we could see she had attention to detail and was very professional. She was friendly and not pushy. You can tell she has a passion for what she does and truly cares about her clients. This is the way it should be and she is fantastic! I would encourage anyone looking for land to use her!
