We were not familiar with the selling process. In fact, I was dreading it to be honest. Kevin is very knowledgeable and literally, was the calm voice we needed to help us with concerns of buyers and to get us through the whole process. He stayed in constant contact with us for the duration.

Losing my father and then having to sell his house was very difficult but Kevin was patient and understanding of my emotions. The pictures he took and posted were great views from all parts of the house and yard. My house was posted and Kevin had an offer for full price a week later, and we closed two weeks after the offer. He made the buyer comfortable. I would highly recommend Kevin to sell your house or property.

Kevin Tenney is a great realtor! He is very polite. He was very helpful with every question I had. It didn’t matter what time of day it was.
