Kevin has helped me sell one home 4 years ago and by my new home last year when I came back from FL. He goes the extra mile to make sure I was well informed helped me every step in the buying and selling process. One of the most important thing is he will help you even after the selling or buying process is complete. Many realtors don't want to help unless you are under contract and are in the selling or buying mode.

Kevin did a wonderful job in helping us get back to our family in NH. He helped our son with purchasing two houses and and so we know how awesome Kevin is. Joan Marden

Kevin helped me purchase my first and current homes as well as helped me sell my first home. He’s very knowledgeable and isn’t afraid to give an honest opinion. I’d recommend Kevin to anyone.

Kevin was FANTASTIC !second sale very PROFESSIONAL even helped us move to a southern state for retirement .Would HIGHLY recommend him . HE went above and beyond our expectations

We had an excellent experience with Kevin and would recommend him to any prospective homeowners. Our situation was stressful right from the get-go as we had to find a place to live within 30 days due to our previous house being sold. Kevin was reassuring and on top of his game throughout the entire process. We felt in control, despite the terrible market we had to buy in. He is clearly an expert in this field and offered us his invaluable advice about placing offers, which got us the house that we wanted. We were also dealing with a difficult seller and seller's agent. Kevin represented us with poise and professionalism but also stood his ground when he needed to. He was available at any time, had answers to ALL of our questions, and was just an absolute pleasure to work with. We really appreciate all the hard work and expertise Kevin put into our buying process.

When my husband and I decided to sell our home, my family had worked with Kevin in the past and had recommended him. We were very grateful they did! Kevin did an amazing job listing our house and guiding us through the selling process. His clear expertise of the real-estate market made the selling process a breeze. Kevin is also very personable and was always available to answer any questions. We would recommend Kevin to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!

Kevin throughout the entire process was extremely helpful with the selling of our home. He constantly was updating us with all information we needed to know and made sure we knew what still needed to be done on our end right up until our closing date. We can't recommend Kevin enough go anyone who wants to buy a home.

Kevin was crucial in helping me purchase my first home! He generously shared his time and expertise, even though he was given very short notice from my end. The whole process happened very quickly but Kevin kept me informed from start to finish and explained everything to me along the way, which really helped with my anxiety. As a first time homebuyer, I felt informed, supported and prepared throughout the buying process. Kevin is a wonderful realtor and a genuinely kind person and I would be thrilled to work with him again in the future. I truly can't thank him enough!
