He also worked with the renters realtor as well with keeping them up-to-date with any changes. We felt completely supported. Kevin Cole has gone beyond in professionalism and helpfulness. A little background, I am 91 years old, lived in my home in LMT for 57 years. Decided it was time to downsize and contacted w/Kevin, the house was put on the market on 2/28/2025, we accepted an offer on 3/3/2025, closing was on 4/14/2025. Kevin walked me through every step of the procedure. Going forward, I moved to Florida, to a friend's condo for an interim vacation. My plan was to return to LMT in 6 months. Kevin has helped me to secure a rental condo in LMT. Throughout the process, Kevin kept me updated on condo's as they became available. We were in touch by text, e-mail and phone reviewing possibilities and he also visited available condo's. The right space and right timing became available in August and the lease for one year was negotiated by Kevin and signed by me on 8/15/2025. Once again, his professionalism and helpfulness were beyond and above. If there is something like an A ++, Grade, Kevin certainly is eligible. I have friends in similar circumstance to mine, widowed living in houses that are much too big for them but overwhelmed w/the possibility of selling.
