Did an amazing job finding us our family home and was extremely dedicated to her job.

We were lucky enough to work with both Kerry and Sheila on the sale of our home. We had a number of unforeseen challenges with this sale and we are so thankful that these two women were our advocates. They worked so hard to get us to the finish line. They have deep reservoirs of knowledge and experience that helped us to navigate the entire process. In addition to professional expertise, these ladies clearly have earned the respect of the entire community through their ethical and utterly personal approach: Sheila and Kerry are good people. We would absolutely recommend these women and this brokerage to anyone!

If you’re looking for the best realtor in Montana— you’ve found her. Kerry Martinson knows her stuff. She knows the market, she’s a fantastic communicator, & she know exactly how to get you the best price for your real estate. But the best part, for me, was that I could trust her. Kerry doesn’t pull any punches; she tells it like it is. I find that trait quite honorable and rare. Kerry also has an immense network of contacts. She knows who is in the market for what. She can connect you with all of the people you might need to make sure your property presents itself in the best manner possible. If Kerry suggests you do something to improve sales potential, do it. You knows what she’s doing. During a very difficult time, I put my Billings property in Kerry’s expert hands & returned to my home in another state. Kerry took care of everything & had the property sold in a couple weeks. I didn’t even need to return for the closing. Who could ask for more? If you need an exceptional realtor, call Kerry; you will love her!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kerry. We bought and sold a home with Kerry a few years back and had the best experience all around. Honest and hardworking, she will never leave you questioning if you are her top priority! Four years later we are in a sticky real estate deal in another state (not involving Kerry) and she takes the time to give me a call for some much needed advice. Customer service at a level that is hard to find today!

Kerry Martinson made our home buying process so extremely easy. She is extremely dedicated and determined to find the right house for you, she give you a peace of mind when you see something that you may have a question on a house she will tell you honestly if to worry about that “problem” or not to worry about it.
