We had an excellent experience buying and renting our apartments in Brickell with Kerly Cortez. She posses strong industry knowledge in real estate and knows the Miami area very well. She is super responsive, thorough and professional. I highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs.
Amazing realtor with lots of experience and a wealth of knowledge of the Miami-Dade market. Kerly helped me with my first ever rental lease and multiple other leases. Kerly was my go to when it came to buying my first home and the buying experience was a breeze thanks to her help.
Kerly Cortez is an excellent person and very professional and guides throughout the entire purchasing process. She is patient and looks for the property that fits your conditions, not only monetary but also the best neighborhood where the client feels safe and peaceful. .
