Very attentive, helpful and understanding agents. As soon as I met them I knew we were in the right hands. After having a less than positive experience with another agency and agent, we were feeling very discouraged. It was reassuring to have Cindy and Ken assist us in selling our home and feeling that they understood it was not just a transaction of a home, but the selling of a home that we loved and cared for for many years. This was the third time, Cindy and Ken helped my family with our real estate needs. Can't say enough of how wonderful they are. They both are very knowledgeable in what they do. They treat you as if you are their only clients, when you know, that they are very busy realtors. Rather you're selling a pricey home or a small condo they treat you with the same respect and attention. And above all they truly listen to you and care what you have to say. Would give them 5 stars for patience also! :)
