She was very helpful and patient with us. She never sent us listing that fit what we were looking for which is okay if there wasn't any but we found the house we purchased. When making an offer we felt in the dark not knowing what someone else was offering. Once I complained she explained we can do an offer with a clause that if someone else offer was better we were willing to go up to xyz. Im happy she suggested it. I'd love for that to be standard for first time home buyers to be told. She was great dealing with my loud child. She was available any time of day on any day.
