My husband and I were not desparate we were simply picky about choosing a new home. Lucky for us Kelly Thompson was the perfect person for our needs. Not only is she patient but her knowledge of the market is superior to none other. Also she is not afraid to tell you when you are about to make a mistake. Realestate is her game but she goes above and beyond in helping with other related issues. She earned our trust and respect immediately and we are proud to refer her to our friends and associates.

I have worked with Kelly on 2 home sales and 1 purchase in a 2 year period and I can say she's the best around! She makes the buying and selling process seamless, and easy! She spends time researching for the buyer's best option(s), and tackles any and all road-blocks so easy for the buyer / seller in every situation. She's the best "turn-key" realtor I've ever had in here in Texas. I highly recommend her!

Kelly Thompson helped us find our dream home during a difficult transition when we were moving back to the DFW area. She is kind, professional and a rock star realtor--plus she volunteers her time to help homeless animals. You can’t find a more patient and knowledgeable realtor.

I wanted to write the strongest possible letter of appreciation for Kelly Thompson at Ebby Halliday Realtors. I work for AT&T and my wife and I recently relocated from Seattle to Dallas. Kelly Thompson helped us find our new home in Plano, Texas. My wife and I have bought and sold 4 houses during our life. We know a good realtor when we work with one. We initially met Kelly in January and we closed our house in Plano in June. Kelly spent hours driving us around Dallas as we narrowed our home search. We began looking in the entire Dallas metroplex, then we narrowed our search to north Dallas, then we eventually landed in Plano. So when I say Kelly drove us around for hours I mean it! Kelly was always super positive in her outlook, always finding a silver lining during the anxious moments we had while house hunting. She is extremely generous with her extensive knowledge of the Dallas real estate market and we always felt we were the top of Kelly’s To Do list. Kelly is the ultimate professional. The actual real estate negotiation was truly amazing to watch. They do things differently in Dallas compared to Seattle. Kelly’s guidance was invaluable. I consider myself a strong negotiator but I willingly bowed to Kelly’s intuition on negotiating the purchase of our new home. As a relocating employee in a brand new housing market I can’t communicate in words how good I felt with Kelly negotiating on our behalf as we were making the largest financial transaction of our lives. In the end it was a true win/win transaction for buyer and seller and we all know those are the best kind of negotiations! As if all that was not enough. Once we closed on our new house, my wife and I immediately departed on a two week trip to Europe. We were in an awkward position because we needed someone to check in on the house once the previous owners moved out (which happened during our vacation). We asked Kelly if she could check on the house for us. Kelly checked on the house, engaged the ADT alarm system, set the air conditioning then texted us in Europe that all was OK with our new house. This allowed us to continue to enjoy our vacation stress free. Kelly we cannot thank you enough for all your help! Pat and Barbara Hunt

We had a great experience working with Kelly! She helped us find our perfect home, and she worked with out schedule being from out of state. We are so thankful that we had Kelly as our realtor!

I just wanted to take a moment to tell you my experience with Kelly, my Realtor. She is knowledgeable, helpful, competent, reliable, and was always available when I needed assistance. I had no idea what I was doing and she made the process much easier. She will be there with you from start to finish. Whether it's you first time in the real estate market or you are a pro, she is who you want by your side to get the job done. She is truly an awesome individual and I am blessed to have worked with her!

Kelly is absolutely THE BEST realtor ever! She is a smart business woman who exhibits care and concern for her client. She provided options and insisted that what was important was for me to be happy with the decisions that I made. An option she provided to me was to sell to an investor group, resulting in a quick sale - which was very high on my priorities. She is a very effective communicator in that she desires to work with the client with communication methods that are convenient for the client and ensures that everyone is "on the same page" as she coordinates the activities leading to a closing. I have already recommended her to others and will continue to "sing her praises."

In every step of the process, Kelly did an amazing job. She stayed within the guidelines we gave her regarding price & geography. She noted what we did and did not like about a house and tailored her showings accordingly. Once a contract was established she worked with us daily to get through the option period & to review all surveys, inspections, appraisals, etc. We appreciated her efforts, knowledge and professionalism. We have since decided to utilize her as our listing agent on our old house.

Upon meeting Kelly Thompson, I quickly realized that she exemplified all the qualities I wanted in a real estate professional: someone with the skills, training, knowledge and experience that today’s market demands; someone who would listen to my concerns and offer suggestions for listing my home in an extremely competitive market; and someone who would put together a comprehensive marketing plan aimed at quickly selling my home. Kelly did all this and more as she found ways to reduce the stress that selling a home entails. If you have high expectations for a real estate professional, Kelly Thompson is the person you want working for you!

Kelly is amazing! She truly listens and understands what you are looking for in a home. Her advice throughout the whole process was invaluable. I have referred her to several friends and they have all been super happy whether buying or selling.
